1. 1.Pray for Laos in Asia, ruled by President Thongloun Sisoulith in a communist Party-led State form of government. Christians in Laos face persecution from Communist and post-Communist oppression. [Open Doors World Watch List #28]
2. 2.House churches in Laos are largely unregistered and often must meet secretly. Pray that God will protect these followers of Jesus.
3. 3.Some Christian converts in rural Laos are expelled from their homes and villages after their faith is discovered. Pray that God will help them find shelter and give them the knowledge that they can take comfort under the shadow of God’s wings (Psalm 17:8).
4. 4.Ask God to soften the hearts of the Communist leaders in Laos, that they would allow the freedom to follow Jesus.
